Welcome to Blue Moon Entertainers, Amateur Theatre Group
Blue Moon Entertainers is the creation of me Neil Mitchener in 2003 and I run this with help from others.
We perform shows locally around Poole, Broadstone and Wimborne, Dorset. UK
I decided to start my own amateur group in 2003 after having worked for some 15 years backstage at The Tivoli in Wimborne under the guidance of Ashley Thorne. Other venues include The Allendale, Pavilion and the BIC in Bournemouth, Barrington in Ferndown, Regent in Christchurch, Leicester Square Theatre in London and many small village halls around the surrounding area.
We always welcome all who like to come along to see our shows and thus giving support for amateur theatre to continue for all our enjoyment.

Our Next Show - OLD TIME MUSIC HALL 2022 or 2023
Based on the TV program The Good Old Days, shown many years ago. This show will be a variety show, mainly comedy, so do please contact me on neil@bluemoonentertainers.co.uk if you would like to be in the show.
We would have a meeting/audition day, so you could come along and meet up initially, then show me what you can do. You must have your own act you can perform, for a minimum of 5 minutes, and maximum of about 15 mins, so look forward to hearing from you with details of your act.
The show will be on the stage of the ALLENDALE CENTRE, Wimborne, Dorset.
